ARCTRUST Properties is a Clifton, New Jersey-based commercial real estate business. As a fully integrated real estate operation, ARCTRUST Properties does not hold assets. Instead, it expands its portfolio through preferred equity investments, joint-venture development, value-add acquisitions, and comprehensive net lease structures.
An in-house team of legal professionals, accountants, engineers, and investor relations experts enables ARCTRUST Properties to identify the right joint venture partners for each project. Over the decades, more than 500 projects funded, acquired, or developed by ARCTRUST have collectively exceeded $5 billion in value.
Led by founder Robert J. Ambrosi, ARCTRUST has received a range of state government and real estate industry awards, including Net Lease Icon and Mid-Atlantic Net Lease Icon honors. In 2013, the company finished as a finalist for the New Jersey Builders Association Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
